The Aimpoint 3X Magnifier can be used in conjunction with all Aimpoint scopes for long range aiming, but when coupled with the GG&G Quick Detach 3X Adapter and Quick Detach Multi-Flex Mounting Base, it can be removed in just seconds for CQB situations. Not only will this set up work with Aimpoint optics, the GG&G Quick Detach Multi-Flex system also allows the Aimpoint 3X Magnifier to be used affectively behind an EOTech scope as shown in the above photograph. Adding to the overall flexibility of the GG&G system, the ITT PVS-14 Night Vision Monocular can be installed directly into the QD Multi-Flex Base for night targeting.
