The Yukon Excelon 3x50 night vision monocular is one of the most impressive NV devices in Yukon's arsenal of products. A Super Gen 1+ tube enhances image qualtiy throughout the entire field of view and gives a professional quality to the unit. The unique optical arrangement of the objective, multi-coated internal lenses and the specially designed super tube all contribute to the Excelon's high resolution and lack of distortion in the viewing area. The Excelon's built-in IR illuminator enhances viewing ability and is especially useful in moonless, cloudy conditions or in total darkness when no ambient light is available. The unit is also equipped with two J inch sockets that allow the device to be attached to a head mount or can be affixed to a mount, in conjunction with a laser pointer, and used as a night sight.
