Standard (6x) Malcolm Scope

The Leatherwood / Hi-Lux Optics "Wm. Malcolm" scope offers authentic looks and styling, but has been built with the benefits of some modern scope making technology. Unlike the originals of the late 1800s, this 6x long tube-type scope is built with light gathering full multi-coated lenses. Plus, for fog-free service on those cold, damp mornings in the deer woods or at the range, Leatherwood's "Wm. Malcolm" scope is built with a nitrogen-filled 3/4" diameter tube. And thanks to a unique design that permits the use of varying length extension tubes at the front, this scope can be mounted on rifles with barrel lengths from 38- to 34-inches - using the factory cut front a rear sight dovetails. The Leatherwood / Hi-Lux Optics "Wm. Malcolm" scope comes with fully adjustable external mounts.

Shorter (3x) Malcolm Scope

This tlescopic right sight is built with all the authenticity that has made Leatherwood's standard length "Wm. Malcolm" scope such a resounding success among shooters needing a "period correct" circa 1870-1880 precision sighting system - only in a new shorter, more compact length. Measuring just about 16 inches in overall length, this 3x telescopic sight is perfect for mounting on barrels less than 28 inches in length, especially on the various 22- to 26-inch barreled lever-action rifle models. Built with a strong 3/4" diameter steel tube, polished brass ocular and objective lens housings, adjustable eye-piece, fully multi-coated lenses, long 4-inch eye relief and windage/elevation adjustment external mounts.
